Location: Dili, Timor-Leste
Core Responsibilities:
- Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
- Promptly allocates calls as appropriate.
- Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records.
- Performs simple security administration tasks.
- Maintains relevant records and documentation.
- Contributes, under instruction, to system operation.
- Following agreed procedures, performs simple installations, replaces consumable items, checks correct working of installations, and documents and reports on work completed.
- Undertakes other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology related field
- Good in English communication and writing skills
- Familiar with Microsoft suite of products.
- Possess own transport
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiar with Service Desk environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016/2019 suite of products.
- Basic ITIL understanding & experience in dealing with SLA driven request
- A good knowledge of the IT hardware and software being used by users
